I've been working on rhymes with the preschoolers. I would say the line in the poem, then they'd have to figure out which pet I was talking about. I'd compare each word with the name of the pet and ask if they rhymed.

Kitty Cats: Foam die cut cats, piece of yarn, foam sheets, and glue. The toddlers glued their cats to the sheet and added the piece of yarn. One little girl led hers around with the yarn like a leash!
