Should I Share My Ice Cream by Mo Willems
Toddler and Preschool
I wasn't sure if the toddlers would sit for the entire book, but they were entranced with the story.

*I played this song on my keyboard and the children sang along. The preschoolers were excited to shout out flavors and hear their suggestions in the song.
Down around the
corner at the ice cream shop
Were five ice
cream cones with some sprinkles on top.
Along came a
child with a dollar to pay.
He bought one
and took it away.

Craft
Ice Cream Cones with Sprinkles. Materials: die cut card stock ice cream cones, construction paper, crayons, glue, and glitter. The children glued their cones to the paper and decorated them. When they were all finished, they added more glue and I sprinkled glitter over their creations.
This is great! Loving the ice cream theme! :)
